About Me

Like many of you reading this, I have spent a good deal of my life in search of what is generally considered "the meaning of life" - it was a search for something bigger than oneself. A taste of the divine, so to speak. I received a mouthful of it in early 2009, and it opened me up to what I have found to be the true nature of reality: oneness. Since my initial awakening experience, my life has completely realigned itself with the purpose of unconditional love, and helping others realize this love that is already overflowing inside of them. Although I do not align myself with any tradition or school of thought, my own spiritual development has been heavily influenced by Eastern thought, particularly Zen and Daoism.

I do not claim to be more or less "enlightened" than anyone else, but I do feel that my own life experiences and personal insights gained from walking the "spiritual path" may be beneficial to anyone interested in living a more honest and full life, regardless of spiritual beliefs (or lack thereof). I encourage all readers to keep in mind that what you read should not be accepted as truth because I or anyone else says so: the best truth meter lies within you. If what you read doesn't jibe with your own life experience, don't believe it! Just remember to keep an open mind, and do not judge too quickly. You may learn more about yourself than you realize...or you may unlearn things about yourself as you realize... =]

Have a beautiful day,

Justin
